The Resident and/or their visitors are permitted to smoke legal tobacco products inside apartments that are not designated as “non-smoking apartments.â€Â However, if smoking has occurred and damage has been sustained to the interior of the property or its contents, the tenant and guests are liable for the costs incurred by the Landlord in having any discolored ceilings, walls, skirting boards, doors, etc. professionally redecorated or any curtains, blinds, furnishings, upholstery, carpets, etc. professionally cleaned or replaced.
