As part of your lease agreement you are responsible for the entire lease amount, reguardless of your college enrollment status. Also, you are responsible for a damanged, missing, broken furniture or appliances that were in good working order/condition upon your move-in. Any missing, damaged items will be billed to your account and turned over to collections if you refuse to pay. Also, if you didn't not complete the check-out form your account may have a balance due to late-fees, lost keys, non-returned items or other changes. It is the Residents responsibility to properly check out of his/her apartment.
